Hello there, I’m Becca
(not Rebecca and definitely not Becky)
I’m an eldest daughter (IYKYK), a licensed clinical social worker, and a full-time traveler in search of the best coffee shop vibes and beginner surf breaks. I’m building a life that feels freer, lighter, and more me, while helping my clients do the same.
My clients have already done the work.
They’ve listened to the podcasts, practiced the coping skills, and gained insight into why they are the way they are. But self-awareness hasn’t translated into relief.
They still find themselves overthinking everything.
They hold themselves to impossible standards they’ve convinced themselves are the “bare minimum,” caught in a constant loop of guilt and not-enoughness. When their shapeshifting, managing, and contingency planning fail to prevent pain, they crash into shame—either blowing up at people closest to them or shutting down.
Can you relate? You know what you should do differently, but something inside you just won’t cooperate.
You’re not broken. You’re running an old survival pattern that’s outlived its usefulness.
If you can bring three ingredients to the process—courage, curiosity, and a healthy dose of being a little bit sick of yourself—you’re in the right place for change.
How I Work
Transformation, not just symptom management.
My approach isn’t about layering new coping skills or mindset shifts on top of old pain. Strategy helps, and it rarely sticks until the underlying patterns are resolved. Through structured, evidence-based methods like Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Internal Family Systems, we address the root causes directly, so the symptoms no longer need managing.
The result is change that feels natural, lasting, and often surprisingly effortless. Many clients don’t even realize they’ve responded differently to something that used to derail them; it just happens because it no longer feels like work.
My philosophy is simple: if you could, you would. My expertise lies in identifying what’s blocking the way and guiding you along the most effective path forward, with as little pain and as little time as possible.
My Why
What I want most for you is agency.
I want you to live a life you’ve actively chosen, not one quietly shaped by old pain, fear, or patterns that once kept you safe.
Whatever you choose for yourself, I care that it comes from your whole, authentic self, not from the parts of you still desperately trying to avoid getting hurt again.
My mission is helping you reclaim the freedom to move through the world as your truest self, making choices rooted in love instead of self-protection.
